Jan was an amazing guide and so passionate about the region and the food. We tasted carpaccio of the sea, a variety of olive oils, meets and wine. This was followed by 2 fish fishes, grappo and gelato. To say we were stuffed was an understatement. For anyone who is in the fence don’t think twice about it. We had the BEST afternoon!”
