“I very much enjoyed the activity. I chose the ebike of which was easy to navigate. The bike was in excellent condition however the seat was a little on the hard side, would have preferred a softer seat. perhaps a seat pad could be offered for a small fee? Communication with our activity provider Juan was smooth and he helped us with seat and helmet adjustment, and overall information on trails.
